The windshield drawings are sufficient for fabricators in your area to produce the parts. A rail maker can fabricate the grab bar. A plexi glass shop makes the shield. I can get a quote but I am not getting a discount that can be passed on to you. Your best bet is to get the plans. Below are drawings and pictures of the lifting string, and glass attachment system we used on our boat. (some of these are really  not very good pictures. My apologies.)
